Terms of Use & Booking Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the RUDVO website (rudvo.online) or contacting RUDVO via WhatsApp or email for travel services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
RUDVO provides Rajasthan travel planning services including tour packages, hotel and camp stays, taxi and airport transfers, camel and jeep safaris, local experiences, and visa assistance. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by RUDVO at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Rate Validity
- All prices displayed on this website are indicative starting rates per person on twin-sharing basis unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing depends on travel dates, number of guests, hotel/camp category, inclusions selected, and seasonal demand.
- Prices displayed are valid for the travel period October 2025 – March 2026 unless a specific validity is shown on the package. Update this section each season.
- Peak-season surcharges apply during festival periods, school holidays, and year-end dates. RUDVO will confirm any surcharge before you confirm a booking.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST treatment is stated on the relevant package page or invoice.
4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
Each package page or WhatsApp quote specifies inclusions. Unless explicitly stated as included, the following are typically excluded:
- Airfare and train tickets
- Personal expenses and tips
- Entry fees to monuments (unless specified)
- Travel insurance
- Any meals not listed in the package
- Services requested after departure from confirmed itinerary
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after: (a) you have received a written confirmation from RUDVO via WhatsApp or email, and (b) the required deposit or full payment has been received. Enquiries submitted via form or WhatsApp do not constitute a confirmed booking.
6. Payment Terms
Define the deposit amount before launch. A common approach is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package value to confirm a booking, with the balance due before travel.
Add accepted payment methods before launch, such as UPI, bank transfer or Razorpay.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@rudvo.online or via WhatsApp to +91 94610 82821.
Booking Deposit
A refundable deposit of ₹2,000 per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 7 or more days before the travel start date.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days.
8. Force Majeure
RUDVO is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or service credits.
9. Visa Assistance
RUDVO provides guidance and document-preparation support for visa applications. We are not a visa-issuing authority. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. RUDVO is not liable for visa refusals.
10. Liability
RUDVO acts as an organiser connecting travellers with verified travel partners. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked through RUDVO. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay caused by third-party service providers (hotels, camps, vehicle operators) beyond our direct control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, brand identity and design — is the property of RUDVO. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
